Terms of Service

By using UEFN GEN ("the Service"), you agree to these terms.

1. Account

You must sign in with a valid Discord account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person.

2. Credits & billing

Credits are consumed when you generate images. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

3. Content ownership

You own the images you generate. UEFN GEN retains no rights to your generated content. However, content shared to the public gallery is visible to all users and may be featured on the homepage.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or hateful content. Accounts violating this policy will be banned without refund.

5. Free trial

New users receive a 7-day Pro trial with 500 credits. The trial is one-time and non-renewable. After the trial, your account reverts to the Free tier unless you subscribe.

6. Referral program

Both referrer and referred user receive 50 bonus credits. Abuse (creating multiple accounts to farm referral credits) will result in a ban.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
